Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges
We offer quick and easy exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

* Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. * Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging. Please include packing slip for proper credit.

*Return in a poly bag or wrap with paper/sleeve. Do not write or place a shipping label on product(s) original box. Product will be non-refundable if not returned appropriately.

*Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use and can be sold as new.


Initiating a Return or Exchange
Send an email to picosacreekoutfitters@gmail.com notifying us of your request to return or exchange and the reason why. Once approved, you may return your purchase to our office address listed below. When your returned item(s) are received, we will send confirmation of your refund or tracking information for your new item(s), if you chose to exchange as opposed to refund.

Additional Information
Once returned items are received, it may take up to 2-3 business days for your refund to be processed.
Shipping cost is non-refundable and return shipping is to be paid by the customer.
A 5% refund/restocking fee applies on stock orders and 15% on custom orders, if items are returned within 30 days of purchase date. All custom order deposits are non-refundable.
